Amsterdam Fragments is a series about Amsterdam seen not through its iconic landmarks, but through the fleeting moments of everyday life. It explores overlooked details, chance encounters, reflections and gestures that gradually come together to reveal the city's true character.

Each photograph is an individual fragment. Together, they create a personal portrait of Amsterdam—a city that reveals itself to the attentive observer rather than the tourist.

All photographs were captured on the Xiaomi 17 Ultra. For me, the smartphone became a natural extension of the act of observation, allowing me to work discreetly while remaining immersed in the rhythm of the street.

Amsterdam Fragments is an attempt to preserve moments that exist only for an instant, yet ultimately shape our memory of a place.
